How long before I can have my organization's exam available with LES?
This varies from organization based upon several factors. Our intent is to load and provide your exams to learners as quickly as possible. We are available to assist with any other questions, at email@example.com.
Is your registration system customizable?
Yes, we own our technical tools. This empowers us to be able to customize screens, fields and reports based upon your requirements. LES offers a simple standardized solution (our LES Exam Store), or we can provide you with a fully customized solution required by your organization.
May we use our brand so our candidates aren't confused by going to your site to register for an exam?
The portal available to candidates/clients can be branded with the client's colour scheme, logos and look/feel.
What type of computer system is required for the exam candidate to use your ONLINE LIVE Proctor exam service?

Are set time costs/exams the same in Canada, the US, and internationally?
Yes. We offer online service, 24x7 in any time zone.
How may our Organization pay for your services?
We will work with you for the best solution for your organization.
Payment options available to candidates purchasing exams are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Visa Debit.
What does it cost the candidate if they reschedule/cancel their appointment?
Candidates may reschedule or cancel their appointment at any time. There is a fee only if they are cancelling their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled exam time. This fee will be prompted for payment prior to scheduling their exam.
What hours are your centers open?
We don't have test centers. We provide ONLINE exams 24x7 - 365 days a year access via our online system.
Are you able to provide essay exams?
LES can collect exam answers that are essay style format, as well as file upload solutions. These exams are manually graded by the organization.
How does a candidate schedule their exam? Describe the interface between your organization and the client which allows you to determine candidate eligibility.
Candidates can access our system and live support team, 24x7 through a standard internet browser to schedule their session. If a candidate must provide proof of a prior achievement or prerequisite, LES can work with you to determine the easiest and most accurate way to transfer or share this information.
Do your proctors receive training?
Yes all of our proctors are highly trained in both proctoring processes and information technology.
What procedures are in place to handle various disabilities?
As of January 31, 2010, we have been compliant to the Customer Service Standard of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). By virtue of this compliance, all that we do needs to be accessible to everyone. All staff receives this training. We make all reasonable efforts to ensure all peoples, regardless of ability have access to our products. Our exam software provides larger font controls, screen contract, additional time needed, etc.
What is required to enable an organization's site to support other languages?
We currently support up to 17 global languages. The web portal can be changed to the language required by the candidate. We also support localization of your exams.
Is it possible to provide data on the performance of each of the exam questions to the organization?
Yes, we have a number of standard reports for your organization. In addition to these, we can provide you with valuable data to monitor the exam and/or question performance (ie. Item Analysis via our Analytics reporting tools. These tools are also available to you as self-service tools.
Does a firewall interfere with providing an exam online?
The answer is no for the majority of exam candidates. However, some workplaces require a high level of security. In this scenario, the exam candidate would be encouraged to sit the exam from home; or to work with their IT department.
